Currently Hengyu Group has three hydraulic hose factories locaed in Hebei and Shandong province. In the second half of 2020, the new factory(the third one) started its operation. It occupies land of 130,000 square meters, with production capacity of 50,000meters per day.

200m super long spiral hose production line. New factory produce spiral hoses with 120m steel mandrel,which means it is cable of producing spiral hose with 20/40/60/120m length.

Full-automatic rubber mixer, the rubber used to produce our hydraulic hose, is completely made by ourselves.
BIMAL impulse test stand imported from Italy. It is the most professional machine designed to perform impulse test on hydraulic hose.
